The Fenwyndell Museum is unlocked upon the completion of the Side Quest “Knight at the Museum”. It is run by Olivia and your goal is to bring artifacts for her to display at the museum. She gives you increasingly better and exclusive rewards for the amount of artifacts you bring to her.

There are currently 6 different artifacts that can be obtained as of the CR4 update.
Some artifacts are obtained through fetch quests around Asgodia and others are dropped from minibosses or other tasks.
You can get a small hint to the location of artifacts you don't have by Thaddeus Bumblesnatch who is located at the end of the Crypt (which is where the side quest to unlock the museum ends)

This artifact is obtained rarely from fishing in any Catfish spot (Requires Fishing Tier 2).

This is one good spot early in the game to grind Catfish.

Another good spot to grind Catfish is in the Fishers Guild Hall but it requires Fishing Tier 5.

    
This artifact is dropped by the Spider Queen, who is a secret boss in Norsche Cave.

To reach the Spider Queen you need to go to the right side of Norsche Cave (pictured above) and kill Cave Spiders until you get 5 Spider Eggs.
Once you have the Spider Eggs you need to eat the Eggs and it will open a portal that leads to the Spider Queen, kill her and you get the artifact.

This artifact can be found in Uumuu Field under the entrance to the Patchwork Tower.

The artifact is held by a restless spirit in the grave that just wants a Fish Soup.

Once you cook up a Fish Soup deliver it to the grave and it will give you its artifact, the Petrified Hand.

     
To obtain this artifact, you need to infiltrate the bandits Westhelm base and steal it.
To inflitrate the base, you will first need either a full set of Bandit gear, which is dropped by the Weak Bandit, or you need to get a Bandit ID, which is dropped by the Bandit Leader.

Once you have a set of Bandit Gear or a Bandit ID you can speak to the Bandit Guard and he will let you into the base. Once you are in you can now storm the base, reach the end and you will find the artifact in a Treasure Chest.

This artifact is hidden deep in the Haunted Cave which is located in Norsche Canyon.

Once you enter the cave you will need to go into the second part of the cave.

Go into the 2nd part of the cave and take the right path, follow that path and it will eventually lead you to a coffin, which hold the artifact.

The coffin is haunted by a ghost who is bored of being trapped in the cave and needs Ectoplasm to manifest itself so that it can escape.
You need to give the coffin 10 Ectoplasm total so the ghost can break free, doing so gives you the artifact.

 
This artifact is held by the Dragonkin Warlord, who is at the top of the Dragonkin Tower, located in the Rainbow Woods.
The tower needs a key to enter which is located in the cave in Rainbow Woods.

The Dragonkin Tower Key is located at the top of the cave and is guarded by several Dragonkin. All you need to do is get past them and pick up the key.

Now that you have the key you can now enter Dragonkin Tower. The Dragonkin Warlord is on the top floor, however there is a shield blocking the path too him.
To disable the shield you need to go to the basement level of the Dragonkin Tower and flip the red switch to disable the Warlords shield. Once it is disabled you only have several minutes to get back to the top floor of the Tower again or the shield will go back up.

Now all you need to do is face off against the Dragonkin Warlord and kill him for the artifact. (Note that the artifact isn't a 100% Drop Chance).
