# Deconstruction

Most equipment in Middle Ages: Online can be deconstructed. To deconstruct an item, you must have access to a furnace. By interacting with a furnace, you can choose the "Deconstruct Equipment" option to enter the Deconstruction interface.

## Fuel

Fuel is required to deconstruct items. Fuel is obtained by adding fuel to a deconstructor via the "Add Fuel" button in the interface. 

Any item that gives fuel will show a "Fuel: X" somewhere in its description window. This indicates how much fuel that item will add to a deconstructor. Deconstruction fuel is shared across ALL deconstructors in the game - there is no need to top off multiple deconstructors.
